Where is my order?

Do your products cause breakouts/are they suited to sensitive skin?
So Tanologist is the world’s first vegan self-tanning brand to be Dermatologically tested & approved, meaning each bottle of Tanologist self-tanning Drops, Waters and Mousses is:
- Suitable for sensitive skin
- Certified to contain non-irritating ingredients
- Not linked with causing breakouts
- Non-comedogenic
What is the best product for first time tanners?
Our products are all easy and hassle-free to use so are perfect for first-time tanners. If you’re unsure what product would be best for you watch our tutorials to see which looks best for you, if you still have questions you can contact us on social media or email us [email protected].
Are the products suitable for dry skin?
If you have dry skin we would recommend using our Gradual Tan Lotion or Self-Tan Drops. The Gradual Tan Lotion can be used as your daily moisturiser to hydrate your skin and give you a flawless, buildable glow or the Self-Tan Drops can be combined with your daily moisturiser so you can simultaneously tan and hydrate your skin.
Do I need to use a specific moisturiser with the Self-Tan Drops?
No, the Self-Tan Drops were developed to be used alongside your existing skincare routine so can be used with your usual moisturiser, serum, oil or foundation.

Can the products be used on the face?
Yes, Tanologist self-tanning products are Dermatologically Approved which means each bottle of Tanologist self-tanning Drops, Waters and Mousses is:
- Suitable for sensitive skin

How long do the products last?
Tanologist is developed to last up to 7 days but we recommend reapplying every 3 days in order to maintain your glow.
Can I suntan whilst wearing Tanologist products?
Yes, but please note that none of our products contain SPF so you will still need to wear your usual sun protection.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, our website offers international shipping.
We offer free standard delivery to the UK and Ireland, please allow 5 working days for delivery.For international shipping costs, enter your address details at checkout. International orders can take up to 9 working days to arrive from the order being received.
Do you test on animals?
No, we do not test any of our products on animals.
Are your products vegan?
Yes, our products are 100% vegan.
How do I know which shade to get?
We suggest choosing your shade based on your desired end result:
- Light Glow
- Medium Tan
- Deep Bronze
Can I mix Tanologist with my SPF?
We do not recommend mixing Tanologist with SPF products as it could affect the quality of the sun protection. However, you can mix the products with your aftersun as this is a moisturiser based product.
