The last date to order for delivery before Christmas is December 17th.
Please expect delays to your order during the holiday period. Any orders placed after December 17th may be delivered in January.
All promotional orders are subject to a delivery time frame of up to 14 days, as our warehouse processes a very high volume of orders. Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email, along with your tracking details from DPD.

At the moment we deliver to mainland USA and the UK. We’re working to expanding this in future. If you live somewhere else, and absolutely cannot wait, you may contact us with your location and our support team will be happy to advise on our nearest retailer.

If you need to return your Tanologist order, you may return any unopened product in its original condition for a full refund within 14 days from delivery.
If the product you receive is damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered, please contact us on: [email protected]. If the product is unused and inappropriate conditions, we will repair/replace the product or offer you a refund.
If you have changed your mind and are looking to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at: [email protected]. If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product to us.

Please ensure you obtain Proof of Postage when you return the product to us. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible, and a credit will automatically be applied to you on the original method of payment within 14 days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. When returning products to us at Tanologist, you will be responsible for any shipping costs.

We cannot provide refunds for Tanologist products purchased at other retailers. Only products purchased on Tanologist.com may be returned for refund.
