We offer Free Standard Delivery to the UK and N Ireland, please allow up to 7 working days from the order being received.
For international orders, please allow up to 7-10 working days for delivery, from the order being received. We currently, no longer offer shipping to Australia and Canada however, customers in Canada can shop via BeautyBay. Customers in Australia can shop Tanologist via Priceline.
Please be aware that from the 22nd December 2020 – 4th January 2021, your order will take approximately 14 days to be shipped due to a reduced workforce over the Christmas period.
Additionally, due to restrictions placed on our courier as a result of COVID-19, we are unable to currently offer shipping to Europe which includes the Republic of Ireland. We are unable to confirm when this service will be available again but please continue to refer back to our shipping page for future updates.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your Tanologist order, you may return any product in its original condition for a full refund within 14 days from delivery.
If the product you receive is damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered, please contact us on: firstname.lastname@example.org. If the product is unused and in appropriate conditions, we will repair/replace the product or offer you a refund.
If you have changed your mind and are looking to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at: email@example.com. If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product to us.

Please ensure you obtain Proof of Postage when you return the product to us. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible, and a credit will automatically be applied to you on the original method of payment within 14 days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. When returning products to us at Tanologist, you will be responsible for any shipping costs.

We cannot provide refunds for Tanologist products purchased at other retailers. Only products purchased on Tanologist.com may be returned for refund.
