Hi, bbys. Sharing an update regarding our Coronavirus policy. We’ve been listening closely to government advice and have implemented social distancing measures at both our UK & US warehouses in order to safeguard the health and well-being of our amazing teams. 

Currently, this will not have any impact on our dispatch times, which is currently running on schedule (3-5 days for the UK & 7-10 days for international orders). If there are changes to this, we will update you as soon as possible. 

 

For now, we cannot ship out to AUS, NZ or Italy due to restrictions which are in place- but promise we will update you on our terms as soon as this changes.

We offer Free Standard Delivery to the UK and N Ireland, please allow up to 5 working days from the order being received.

For international orders, please allow up to 7-10 working days for delivery, from the order being received.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your Tanologist order, you may return any product in its original condition for a full refund within 14 days from delivery.

 

If the product you receive is damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered, please contact us on: hello@tanologist.com. If the product is unused and in appropriate conditions, we will repair/replace the product or offer you a refund.

 

If you have changed your mind and are looking to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at: hello@tanologist.com. If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product to us.

Please ensure you obtain Proof of Postage when you return the product to us. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible, and a credit will automatically be applied to you on the original method of payment within 14 days.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. When returning products to us at Tanologist, you will be responsible for any shipping costs.

 

If you have not received your refund within 14 days, please contact us at hello@tanologist.com.

 

We cannot provide refunds for Tanologist products purchased at other retailers. Only products purchased on Tanologist.com may be returned for refund.
