How do I cancel my order?

We will work hard to get your order to you within 3-5 days (U.K.) and 7-10 days (USA & Worldwide) however, please allow up to 14 days during busy sale periods. If your order has still not arrived after 14 days then please contact our customer service team.

Can I amend the shipping address?

We have a very limited timeframe in which we can amend your shipping address. Please contact us with details of your new address and we can check whether it’s still possible to update this for you.

Can I change my order/Add another product?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to amend an order after it has been placed. If you no longer wish to receive the items you ordered, please let us know as soon as possible so we can attempt to cancel the order.

How long will it take to dispatch/deliver?

Our team at the warehouse aim to process all orders as quickly and safely as possible. We will work hard to get your order to you within 3-5 days (U.K.) and 7-10 days (USA & Worldwide) however, please allow up to 14 days during busy sale periods. If your order has still not arrived after 14 days then please contact our customer service team. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your parcel has been shipped, so please check your email & spam folders regularly.

I haven’t received my tracking reference (US)

We’re sorry to hear this. We’d recommend rechecking your emails, including your spam folder for a tracking reference. If you’re still unable to locate your parcel, please contact us and we’ll be more than happy to help.

Why can’t I use my welcome20 code?

Unfortunately this code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
